Changes at Ferrari as Fry and Tombazis leave
James Allison is appointed Technical director at Ferrari as Pat Fry and Nikolas Tombazis leave.Within days of his arrival Maurizio Arrivabene, Managing Director of Ferrari's Gestione Sportiva and Team Principal of Scuderia Ferrari, has restructured his team.James Allison is the Technical Director with two Italian engineers, both Ferrari home grown talent, Chief Designer Simone Resta and Power Unit Director Mattia Binotto, reporting to him. The latter will be supported by Chief Designer Power Unit Lorenzo Sassi, among others.Furthermore Allison will direct track engineering activities ad interim.
