Caterham optimistic of making Aussie grid

Caterham F1's administrators have not given up hope that the team can be saved and make it to the first race of 2015 in Australia. The Leafield squad went into administration in October, but the team managed to compete at the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix after raising £2.4m through crowdfunding. Although administrators are yet to secure a new owner, they will continue to hold talks with potential buyers after creditors voted in favour of proposals at a meeting in London.
