Optimistic Hulkenberg out to build on best F1 season

Though it didn't yield the much vaunted maiden F1 podium he has been chasing, Nico Hulkenberg believes he can take momentum through to the 2015 F1 season in the wake of what he claims was his 'best year' yet. The German returned to the Force India stable after a season with Sauber in 2014 and though he was the only driver inside the overall top ten not to mount the rostrum, his regular point-scoring saw him finish this year comfortably ahead of team-mate Sergio Perez. Heading into 2015, Hulkenberg makes positive noises about his chances with the Mercedes-powered VJM08, insisting his consistency and ability to challenge from less-than-encouraging grid positions in 2014 put him in good stead...
