Lowe focusing on improved reliability at Mercedes

Mercedes technical chief Paddy Lowe has set his sights on improved reliability in 2015 with his new car, the W06 Hybrid. In a small session at Jerez today, the defending world champions unveiled the new car ahead of the start of testing in Spain. Lowe has dubbed the W06 Hybrid an evolution of its predecessor, the W05, which claimed a record-breaking 16 wins and 18 pole positions in 2014 in the hands of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg. However, the reliability of the car was often costly, with technical issues in Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Germany, Hungary, Singapore and Abu Dhabi all affecting the driver's chances of winning the race.
