Hamilton pleased by 'positive' test

Mercedes AMG Petronas World Champion Lewis Hamilton hailed Mercedes' progress across the first pre-season test at Jerez. Hamilton set the third fastest time at Jerez and racked up 116 laps, bringing Mercedes' total for the four day test to over 516, more than any other squad. "It's been pretty amazing this week to see how reliable the car has been and how much mileage we've covered," said Hamilton, who recovered from a spin in the morning.
