Wolff wants new Hamilton deal before first race

– Mercedes boss Toto Wolff says he hopes Lewis Hamilton will sign a new contract with the team before next month's season-opening Australian Grand Prix.Hamilton is in the final 12 months of his initial three-year agreement with the Silver Arrows, having joined from McLaren at the end of the 2012 campaign.With both parties stating that they wish to continue together, Wolff hopes the matter can be settled within the next month – although he admits there is no deadline."It is always beneficial to have a clear situation, for the driver and ourselves," said Wolff.
