Jorda joins Lotus as development driver

Lotus F1 Team Lotus has confirmed that Carmen Jorda has joined the team as a development driver. Jorda, 26, spent three years in GP3, during which she achieved a best finish of 28th place in the championship. Jorda will conduct extensive simulator work and is set to receive an outing in the E23 Hybrid later in the season. "It feels like a dream come true to join Lotus," she said.
