MGU-K failure costs Mercedes running in Barcelona

+ Mercedes has been forced to call a premature halt to its testing programme on the first day of the final pre-season test at the Circuit de Catalunya. Mercedes investigated the issue and found it was a MGU-K failure, forcing the team to cut short up its day of running with an hour still remaining. Nico Rosberg is scheduled to take over from Hamilton on Friday as testing continues at the Spanish circuit. Image courtesy of Octane Photographic
