Ban on changing helmet design 'a joke' - Vettel
Sutton Images Enlarge Sebastian Vettel has called the FIA's plans to stop drivers changing their helmet designs "a joke". This season drivers will have to stick to one design for the entire year, putting an end to novelty designs while encouraging drivers to build up their brand identity. However, Vettel used to be known for switching his helmet race to race and, with several teams struggling financially, he said the sport should be focusing on bigger issues. "I think it's a joke to be honest," he said. "There are more important things to decide for the future and that seems to be the only one they can conclude on."
