Sauber cite ‘danger' concerns in Van Der Garde court action

The court action taken by Giedo Van Der Garde against Sauber looks set to drag on for a little while, as Felipe Nasr & Marcus Ericsson could also end up bringing the team to court. The brewing saga at Sauber began towards the end of last year, when it was announced that Felipe Nasr & Marcus Ericsson would be joining the team as race drivers for 2015. This seemed to be a surprise to 2014 race driver Adrian Sutil, who was under the impression that he had a valid contract for this season, as well as to Giedo Van Der Garde, who claims the 2015 race seat was given to him in June 2014.
