Stewards rule Marussia did not breach rules

As speculation over the British team's true intentions continues, the stewards in Melbourne convened to determine whether there had been a breach of Article 13.2 (f) of the FIAFormula One Sporting Regulations relating to participation in the event by the Manor Marussia team. Having received a written explanation from the team they were subsequently provided with further information by team representatives. In addition the stewards received information from the FIA Technical Delegate.
