Prost sees no need to penalise Mercedes

Four-time Formula One world champion Alain Prost believes there is no reason to punish Mercedes for dominating the sport. Amid calls from Red Bull and Formula One supremo Bernie Ecclestone to equalise the performance of the power units to avoid Mercedes from winning easily again in 2015, Prost reckons the German manufacturer should be given credit for the job that is doing. Prost, a Renault brand ambassador since 2012, said the current complaints against Mercedes' dominance are a normal part of Formula One.
