One Year Rewind – Hamilton shines in Shanghai

Following the frenetic Bahrain Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton’s winning streak continued at the Shanghai International Circuit in China last April. The Englishman set up his race victory by scoring pole position in Saturday’s wet qualifying session. He dominated the top 10 shoot-out, finishing half a tenth clear of Daniel Ricciardo. His Red Bull team-mate Sebastian Vettel was third, with Nico Rosberg only managing fourth, after mistakes on his final two laps. Fernando Alonso, Felipe Massa, Valtteri Bottas, Nico Hulkenberg, Jean-Eric Vergne and Romain Grosjean completed the top 10.
