Philippe Bianchi speaks out about Jules' condition

Jules Bianchi's father Philippe has given an interview in French media, where he has spoken about his son's ongoing fight after his horrific accident at Suzuka last year. Jules crashed towards the end of last October's Japanese Grand Prix, sliding off at speed in the wet and darkening conditions at Suzuka and striking a recovery digger that was removing the already crashed Sauber of Adrian Sutil. Suffering from life-threatening head injuries, Jules has been hospitalised ever since. Initially taken to a hospital in Japan, he was diagnosed with a diffuse axonal injury, a brain injury that many sufferers never wake from.
