Button: MP4-30 feels 10 times better than winter testing
Jenson Button says McLaren's MP4-30 feels '10 times better' after Spanish Grand Prix Friday practice compared to the car he drove during winter testing at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The Englishman finished 16th in first practice, but enjoyed a positive afternoon session. He was seventh fastest and felt much more comfortable with the car on the option tyre. 'It has been a tough day today I think for everyone. Practice one with the prime tyre felt reasonably good but tough in terms of the balance on the lap with the wind and the hot temperatures,' the 2009 world champion explained.
