ART Grand Prix would consider F1 move

Nicolas Todt, co-owner of the ART Grand Prix team that competes in the GP2 and GP3 Series, has not ruled out the team making a move into Formula 1 in the future, but only if it makes sense. The F1 Strategy Group is looking into allowing customer cars should entry levels drop, but Todt says that this does not make the move into F1 any more likely for his team. Their GP2 Series team currently runs with McLaren Junior Driver Stoffel Vandoorne and Honda-backed Nobuhara Matsushita, which could allow the team become Honda’s second team in Formula 1, with McLaren their only team in their first season since returning to the sport, but Todt says it is too early to comment on this happening. “I...
