F1 Strategy Group 'not fit for purpose'

– Force India Deputy Team Principal Bob Fernley says Formula 1's Strategy Group "is not fit for purpose", arguing that it should not be up to teams to make the rules.The Strategy Group, comprising six teams, the FIA and Bernie Ecclestone, makes proposals which go to the F1 Commission and World Motor Sport Council for ratification.Last week, the group agreed on various rule changes, including louder, higher revving engines, wider rear tyres and the return of refuelling for the 2017 campaign."I think that the problem I have is that I don't think the Strategy Group is fit for purpose," said Fernley."We should be looking at something where we have a clear...
