Arrivabene: Engine upgrade performed as expected

Ferrari team principal Maurizio Arrivabene was left to rue missed chances this weekend after Kimi Raikkonen lost a podium spot after spinning due to misunderstanding the engine's torque map, though he admitted that Ferrari's engine upgrade did not produce results necessary enough to close the gap to Mercedes. 'The engine upgrade was giving the answer we were looking for, but it was still not a good weekend,' Arrivabene said. 'We need to keep the position of the podium and look up, not go down.
