Grosjean admits blame for Stevens clash

Romain Grosjean has admitted full responsibility for the clash with Will Stevens during the Canadian Grand Prix that forced both cars into the pits for repairs. Grosjean suffered a puncture after the Lotus F1 Team driver pulled across the Manor F1 Team car of Stevens as they approached the final chicane, with the Frenchman believing he had cleared the Briton’s car.  Grosjean, who was running fifth before the incident, received two penalty points for the incident, as well as a five-second penalty during the race. “I thought I was past the Manor, but it was soon clear that I wasn’t,” said Grosjean. “It was my fault entirely and I apologise for it.
