Monza working on 2017 F1 deal

rganisers of the Italian Grand Prix at Monza say they are working on a new deal beyond the end of its current contract, amid reports that Imola is keen to take control of hosting duties for the race.Monza's current deal expires at the end of 2016 and officials at Imola have met with Bernie Ecclestone over the potential for Formula 1 to return to the circuit, which was last used for the San Marino Grand Prix in 2006.Ivan Capelli, the head of the Automobile Club d'Italia, says Monza is focused on retaining the Italian Grand Prix into 2017."We respect others' work and projects.
