King Piquet – Brazilian crowned Formula E World Champion

London ePrix – Nelson Piquet has become to the first driver to be crowned Formula E World Champion after a thrilling race bringing the season to an exhilarating climax. Piquet went into the race with just a five point lead over e.Dams driver Sebastien Buemi; however the Brazilian was to start the race on the back foot, due to his qualifying group seeing an unfortunately timed rain shower that would see the now crowned Champion qualify in 16th. “This morning when it was raining in group three right when I was on track, I just thought things could not get any worse.” explained Piquet who’s title hopes at this point, appeared to be in tatters. “On the positive side of things it...
