Mercedes to see stewards for covering car
Mercedes AMG Petronas A Mercedes representative must meet the British Grand Prix stewards before the next practice session after the squad covered Nico Rosberg's car when it was brought back to the paddock on Friday. Rosberg stopped on track due to a suspected hydraulic leak in the gearbox and his car was taken back to the paddock, where Mercedes mechanics covered the stricken car. Teams are not allowed to cover cars unless they have sustained accident damage on track.
