Perez: Lotus should be quicker than Force India

Force India's Sergio Perez says that calculations from his team suggest that Lotus' E23 should have more pace than their VJM08. Speaking to Formula1.com, Perez says that Lotus are not making the most of their package so far this season: 'I am surprised, because when we see all the simulations they seem to be half a second a lap quicker than us – but for some reason, some reliability issues, they haven't been able to exploit their full potential.' Lotus were victims of a Lap 1 kerfuffle last time out in Silverstone; both drivers retired as a result of damage from the pair colliding when Grosjean swerved to avoid a certain collision with Daniel Ricciardo, only to turn in on teammate...
