Video: Alonso goes from last to first in kart race

Watch Fernando Alonso cut his way from last to first in a karting race in the UK. Alonso visited the Daytona Sandown Park in the UK twice during this week. Taking part in an Arrive & Drive session on Monday evening, he returned on Wednesday with friends and raced on the full circuit at the karting facility. With a ten minute practice session, a ten minute qualifying race and a 15 minute Final, Alonso′s last lap of the evening was his fastest: 45.627 seconds. As a result, Fernando goes third on the circuit's all-time leaderboard, just behind Formula E driver Sam Bird (who started his kart racing career at Daytona Sandown Park).
