Chilton dedicates Iowa win to Jules Bianchi

Max Chilton took his maiden Indy Lights victory around the oval of Iowa on Saturday, with the former Marussia F1 Team driver dedicating his triumph to the memory of his fallen former team-mate Jules Bianchi, who died on Friday.
