Verstappen finds 'maximum' from Toro Rosso
Max Verstappen says he brought out the most he could from his Toro Rosso car and ninth place in qualifying is the 'maximum' he could reach in Hungary. The Dutch driver says he found peak performance at the ideal time and his jump into the top ten is a worthy return for his team's efforts after his running time on Friday was curtailed by engine issues. “I am very happy with it especially after all the problems during practice,” Verstappen said. “To optimise that in practice was difficult but we put everything in place for qualifying so it was the maximum we could do today. “I was really on the limit in Q2 on the last run so I don't think we could have got further and P9 was the...
