McLaren gets 105-place drop for engine changes

– McLaren-Honda has changed elements on both Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso's cars for the remainder of the Belgian Grand Prix weekend, which will result in a collective 105-place grid penalty.Honda, which alluded to the plan on Thursday, swapped four of the five engine elements after Friday practice at Spa-Francorchamps, with only the Energy Store remaining unchanged.Jenson Button moves on to an eighth ICE and MGU-K, and a ninth Turbo Charger and MGU-H, while Alonso takes on a seventh MGU-K, and an eighth ICE, Turbo Charger and MGU-H.This leads to a collective 105-place drop for the pair, although tweaked regulations mean that they will only drop to the back of the grid, and not...
