Williams can win without manufacturer budget – Claire Williams

Claire Williams believes that the Williams Martini Racing team do not need the budget of a manufacturer to become race winners in Formula 1 again. The Williams Deputy Team Principal feels that the team, who last won a race back in 2012 when Pastor Maldonado took the chequered flag first in Spain, have the brainpower in their ranks to make the gains necessary to take the victory. The team have finished on the podium three times so far in 2015, and sit third in the constructors championship, the same position as they finished in 2014, but Williams feel the time for the team to return to winning ways could be coming. 'I don't see why not,' said Williams about the team possibly winning again....
