Ferrari escape punishment; forced to issue apology

Singapore Grand Prix – Ferrari have not been punished for their post race procedure transgression, but will have to issue an apology to race officials. A simple message from the race stewards read that there had been an 'alleged breach of Article 12.1.1.i of the FIA International Sporting Code during postrace Parc Ferme involving Ferrari team members.' This Article refers to 'failure to follow the instructions of the relevant officials for the orderly and safe conduct of the event'.
