British national charged for Singapore track intrusion

Singapore Grand Prix – A British man has been charged with committing a 'rash act' after walking onto the track during Sunday's race. The race was interrupted when the man was seen walking along the edge of the straight following the Anderson Bridge complex. CCTV footage showed that the man had entered the circuit from the opposite side of the circuit before crossing it, mere moments before Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel, leading the race, charged through. The 27 year old man, named as Yogvitam Pravin Dhokia, was charged after taking photos of the cars as they drove past. He will appear in court again on 6 October.
