Pérez: Renault switch 'a serious option'

– Sergio Pérez has admitted that moving to Lotus/Renault was "a serious option" for him, before he decided to extend his stay at Force India for another season.Pérez's new deal was announced ahead of the Japanese Grand Prix, ending speculation that he could move elsewhere, including to Renault's potential works team."It was obviously a serious option, but I always made my mind clear, knowing the prospects of the team, and knowing what we are doing," Pérez told media at Suzuka."That's why I always wanted to stay and I'm very happy to stay."When pushed on the interest, Perez said: "You always listen to other options and offers."Obviously...
