Formula E tightens up driver change rules

With less than a month to go before the second season of Formula E gets underway, the rules for driver changes have been tightened up. Last season saw 35 drivers in total take part in the championship at some point, with Andretti Formula E running 8 drivers over the course of the year. This won't be possible this season, with Formula E announcing rules similar to Formula 1. Teams will be restricted to just two driver changes per car for the year, with no changes permitted during the final three rounds of the championship.
