Provisional 2016 F1 Calendar
The most recent release of the 2016 Formula 1 schedule reveals that the season will be starting two weeks earlier than originally conceived. March 20th will be the date of the first Grand Prix in Australia. The race in Melbourne was set to be scheduled for April 3rd. However, after complaints from the teams 2 weeks have been added. The first list would ask them to compress their calendar of a record 21 races into a shorter amount of time. Teams asked that they be given a more lenient calendar given the already rigorous timetable. This calendar is still a work in progress and is subject to change.
