Sainz ‘pretty sure' STR will survive

Carlos Sainz has '100 percent confidence' that Red Bull will do what is right for both the senior team and Toro Rosso. Just weeks before the end of this season, both Red Bull Racing and Toro Rosso are without engines for 2016. Parting ways with Renault, turned down by Mercedes and with reports claiming Ferrari are only willing to offer 2015 engines, Dietrich Mateschitz has threatened to walk away from F1. The F1 team owner is adamant he won't remain in the sport if his teams do not have competitive engines. But despite that threat hanging over Toro Rosso, Sainz has every confidence in Red Bull.
