US F1 Grand Prix Qualifying postponed to Sunday morning US F1 Grand Prix Qualifying will be postponed to Sunday morning as the crucial weather condition stays in COTA. Latest FIA update: ‘If there is no clear sign of a break in the weather conditions at 16:00, qualifying will be postponed until 09:00 on Sunday morning.' The qualifying was scheduled to start at 1 p.m. Circuit of the Americas opened its gates at noon. The second rain delay was issued at 1:20 p.m. 1:55 p.m.: F1 has pushed back the start of qualifying by another 30 minutes. That’s the third time so far. Again: F1 officials have just issued a second, 30-minute rain delay for this afternoon’s qualifying session....
