Hamilton won't take unnecessary risks as title beckons

Lewis Hamilton isn't adopting a "do or die" attitude for the United States Grand Prix, despite having the opportunity to wrap up his third title. The Britain starts second for the race after team-mate Nico Rosberg beat him to pole position during a washed out qualifying session, which saw Q3 cancelled and Q2 times setting the grid. However should Hamilton beat Rosberg by two points and Sebastian Vettel - who starts 15th - by nine, the Briton would be crowned champion on Sunday afternoon in Austin.
