Consistent points for Perez closes gap to Red Bull

Sergio Perez says his recent run of form sets him up perfectly for his homecoming next weekend for the Mexican Grand Prix as he hunts down the Red Bull duo in the F1 drivers' championship. The Force India driver's fifth place at the Circuit of the Americas has seen him close the gap to Daniel Ricciardo to just 10 points, while Daniil Kvyat is only two points further ahead, and the Mexican is delighted to come away with another positive result in tricky conditions.
