Ricciardo wants VSC clarification after US GP confusion Red Bull ace, Daniel Ricciardo says that, he clarification from F1 race officials about the virtual safety car procedure following being jumped by Nico Rosberg in Austin. The new virtual safety car (VSC) regulations states that, every car is required to stay within a minimum time set by the FIA in each sector of the track and, theoretically at least, keep the same time gap among each car on track.
