aniel Ricciardo says he was left with "nowhere to go" as he clashed with Sebastian Vettel at the start of the Mexican Grand Prix.Vettel dropped to fourth off the line, behind Daniil Kvyat, and clipped Ricciardo's front wing as he moved across the track at Turn 1.Vettel picked up a right-rear puncture, and later crashed out of the race, while Ricciardo followed team-mate Kvyat home in fifth."To be honest I was unhappy at the time," said Ricciardo."I'll watch a replay and try not to shoot myself in the foot if it was my fault.
