Sebastien Buemi Storms to Putrajaya Pole – Qualifying Report

Putrajaya ePrix – Renault e.Dams driver Sebastien Buemi finished almost half a second faster than his rivals in the super-pole shootout to bag his second pole position of the season. The Swiss man’s time of 1:20.196 didn’t quite manage to match Duval’s stunning practice effort. There were many complaints about track conditions throughout as we saw a number of the drivers clip the walls and lockup around the bumpy Putrajaya. Venturi driver Stephane Sarrazin finished in second place with a 1:20.639 with the Venturi-powered Dragon car of Duval in third just 0.2s behind.
