Rosberg takes hat-trick of wins to end 2015 on a high

Nico Rosberg has never taken three race wins in a row, but that all changed in Abu Dhabi as the Mercedes driver finished the 2015 season on a high. The German led from start to finish and only came under threat at one point, when team-mate Lewis Hamilton closed to within a second, before Mercedes neutralised the battle by pitting Rosberg. The team then chose to keep Hamilton out for several laps before pitting him, which failed to work for the Briton, who went on to finish second, eight seconds adrift of his team-mate.
