Pirelli announce tyre choices for the Russian Grand Prix
Pirelli have announced the three compound choices for the fourth round of the 2016 Formula One season in Sochi for the Russian Grand Prix. The Italian manufacturer will be taking the Supersoft, Soft and Medium tyres, the same compounds that have been chosen for the first three races of the season. Pirelli have said that each driver must have one set of soft and one set of medium available to them for the race. Following the 2016 regulations, each driver must save one set of the softest nominated compounds for Q3. With the set being given back to Pirelli after Q3 for the drivers who qualify in the top 10, while the rest of the field will keep the set for the race. Formula 1 teams are...
