Haas plays down reserve driver role in F1

Team owner Gene Haas has played down the importance of the reserve driver role in Formula 1, stating he would prefer to pursue a common reserve driver role with Ferrari. This comes ahead of Haas F1’s debut season in the sport, with heavy technical support from the Scuderia.
