McLaren carries out Barcelona filming days
– McLaren-Honda has elected to use both of its allocated filming days in order to conduct extra mileage with its new MP4-31, which encountered problems during testing last week.Jenson Button's running on Wednesday came to an early end due to a hydraulics issue, while Fernando Alonso completed only three laps on Thursday as a result of a coolant leak in a position which was problematic to fix.It meant McLaren completed only 257 laps across four days at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, the fewest mileage of any team bar Manor, which racked up 254 laps.Under 2016 regulations, each team is permitted two filming days with its current car, though promotional tyres must be used and a...
