Hamilton 'glad' Mercedes stopped on track

– Lewis Hamilton says he was "kind of glad" his Mercedes stopped on the final day of testing, to further iron out any reliability problems.Mercedes was in imperious form during pre-season testing, logging 1,294 laps over eight test days, equivalent to over 19 race distances.Hamilton's incident on Friday morning, due to a transmission issue, was Mercedes' only stoppage of the winter, and the Briton has no concerns."It's been an amazing two weeks for the team," said Hamilton."The guys have done an amazing job to get the car to where it is, especially given the fact we've done more mileage in pre-season than we've ever done before."I'm kind of glad I broke...
