Elimination style qualifying set to remain for Bahrain

Bahrain GP: After mixed views in the paddock, chances are high that Formula 1 may agree on a tweaked version of qualifying for the next grand prix in Bahrain, in a bid to mix up the pecking order.  The final decision is expected within the next 24 hours, regarding which qualifying format will be implemented for Bahrain after votes will be conducted by key figures in the paddock. Tweaked Format New ideas in the paddock are in favor of not scrapping the elimination style qualifying, and keep Q1 and Q2 as they were when debuted at the Australian Grand Prix, however have a 2015-style Q3 qualifying to promote more running and competition.
