Hulkenberg handed three-place grid penalty for wheel loss Nico Hulkenberg has been handed a three-place grid penalty for Chinese GP race following his team, Force India made an unsafe release during qualifying Q2. The German’s front left tyre had freed itself from the rim at Turn 10, when he come-out the track for Q2 final attempt Hulkenberg finished the session in 10th place, though he could take no part in Q3 as his car had already stopped out on circuit, but the stewards have handed him a three-place penalty, its helped Felipe Massa, Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button lift a single grid place each.
