Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg has admitted that he was expecting to not have a perfect drive sooner or later after winning the opening four races of the season… Rosberg was on a seven-race winning streak when he and his teammate Lewis Hamilton crashed into each other at the Spanish Grand Prix, forcing them both to retire and ultimately ending the German's winning run. In Monte Carlo at the recently concluded Monaco GP, the Championship leader finished in seventh after he was ordered by Mercedes to let Hamilton overtake him as he was lacking the pace to keep up with Red Bull driver Daniel Ricciardo.
