Steiner: With strong set-up we can match Toro Rosso

Haas F1 team principal Gunther Steiner feels now the pecking order has settled into the middle chunk of the season his squad can match the pace of Toro Rosso with a productive weekend. After the American team's sprint start to its maiden F1 campaign it has failed to score points in the past four races. Having struggled to land a competitive car set-up in Baku it left both Romain Grosjean and Esteban Gutierrez off the pace of the competitive midfield.
