Kvyat blames Magnussen for Q2 exit due to blocking

British Grand Prix – Toro Rossos' Daniil Kvyat says that coming across Kevin Magnussen towards the end of Q2 stymied his chances of getting into Q3. Kvyat was eliminated in Q2, having only managed a time good enough for P15. Teammate Carlos Sainz was 0.6 faster in the same session, and made it into Q3. Kvyat was heard on the radio complaining about being blocked by Kevin Magnussen at the end of Q2, and explained afterwards: 'I was coming up to him on a very good lap, it was my best lap of my session and I don't know.
